RackSphere is available now. With dual and quad core options, up to 8Gb RAM and up to 6Tb RAID5 storage, RackSphere is a powerful beast that can easily handle the server requirements of a busy SME. This power comes at a price, it's noisy! In a dedicated server room it will be fine. For other applications, we can provide similar performance in a tower chassis, larger but quieter.

Support:

Sphere Servers Ltd. offers support contracts on an annual basis for all products sold either directly by ourselves or through our expanding reseller network.

In the event of support being purchased on your behalf by one of our resellers then please direct all queries to them in the first instance.

Ad hoc support may be available to those without support contracts in the event of a crisis, after all it's not in our interests or yours to have ANY of our products with problems! Please contact us for further details.

Support contracts are designed to get you out of trouble fast and maintain services, whereas a warranty repair will require equipment return.
